Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio gyda disgyblion ar draws y Feithrinfa, y Dosbarth Derbyn, Cyfnod Allweddol 1 (CA1) a Cyfnod Allweddol 2 (CA2). Bydd y rôl yn cynnwys cefnogi'r athro neu'r athrawes ddosbarth gyda gweithgareddau dyddiol, cynnal sesiynau ymyrraeth gyda grwpiau bach a darparu cymorth ychwanegol i ddisgyblion sydd angen arweiniad pellach gyda'u dysgu a'u datblygiad.
Bydd gan y Cynorthwyydd Addysgu llwyddiannus:
- Gymhwyster Cynorthwyydd Addysgu Lefel 2 neu Lefel 3 (yn ddymunol)
- Profiad o weithio gyda phlant mewn ysgol gynradd
- Dealltwriaeth dda o'r Cwricwlwm i Gymru
- Sgiliau cyfathrebu a rheoli dosbarth cryf
- Agwedd gadarnhaol, amyneddgar a hyblyg tuag at gefnogi dysgu plant
Yn gyfnewid am yr uchod, gallwch ddisgwyl derbyn:
