TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Welsh Medium Primary School based in Cardiff, who are looking to appoint a passionate learning support assistant to support children’s learning through the medium of Welsh. Largely populated, this setting aims to provide both a safe and inspirational environment for all children to ensure each child has the opportunity to thrive.

The school is looking to take on an enthusiastic Welsh speaking LSA and the successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The Senior Leadership Team are dedicated to ensure the successful LSA will be supported and developed from day one.

Qualifications
  • Experience working with children across the primary phase (5-11yrs).
  • The ability to speak Welsh fluently.
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or a minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational setting.
  • Thorough understanding of child protection and safeguarding protocols.
