What will you be doing?
- Creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.
- Supporting children’s learning and development through creative, play‑based activities.
- Building positive relationships with children and nursery teams.
- Helping with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.
- Encouraging children’s confidence, independence and curiosity.
- Following the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, or QTS.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development.
- A warm, patient and enthusiastic personality.
- Confidence supporting babies, toddlers and preschool children.
- Reliability, flexibility and the ability to adapt to different nursery environments.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
