The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support 1:1, helping with classroom engagement, emotional regulation, and learning. This role will suit someone with a calm, patient and adaptable approach who is committed to inclusive education.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
- A caring and proactive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
