What You’ll Be Doing as a Teaching Assistant:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Assisting with tailored learning activities guided by EHCPs
- Promoting confidence, independence and positive behaviour
- Working closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals
- Helping to maintain a safe, engaging and supportive classroom environment
Temp-to-perm opportunity available for the right person.

- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (Autism, ADHD or complex needs)
- Are patient, caring and resilient
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team
- Understand safeguarding and child protection expectations
- Have school or specialist-setting experience (desirable but not essential)
