We are committed to providing our schools with dedicated, passionate and quality Teaching Assistants, as well as specialist in‑house Career Progression Development opportunities to help maintain our high standards. We are looking to take on an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
Whether you are a HLTA looking for day‑to‑day supply, long‑term or permanent roles, our expert team of consultants works with a variety of settings and will be there 24/7 to help you along with our online, easy onboarding process.
Requirements- HLTA status / HLTA qualification
- PGCE qualifications are also acceptable
- At least 12 months experience within a classroom environment
- Strong classroom management skills
- A reflective and creative personality
- A driving licence is preferred, but not essential
