Responsibilities:
- Support across the school as required
- Deliver small group interventions
- Cover classes when required
- Focus on supporting child development and pupil progress
Qualifications:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent
- Experience working within a primary school setting
- Strong understanding of child development
- Experience delivering interventions and supporting learning
- Excellent classroom management skills
