We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and committed Religious Education (RE) Teacher for a full-time, long-term position at a school in Trafford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or confident ECT looking to join a supportive school and make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and development.
The Role:
- Teaching Religious Education across the relevant key stages
- Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the department and wider school
- Encouraging pupils to explore different beliefs, cultures, values and ethical issues
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS/QTLS or a relevant teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching RE within a secondary school setting
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is passionate about engaging and inspiring young people
- Is reliable, professional and committed to a long-term role
- Is available for an immediate start
Pay: £160 - £240 per day, dependent on experience.
