Responsibilities
- Support students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), delivering intervention sessions, supporting learning in the classroom, and helping to manage behaviours positively.
Qualifications
- HLTA qualification or relevant Level 4 qualification
- Experience working with secondary aged students with SEMH needs
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Experience supporting students with challenging behaviours
- A patient, resilient and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
