Responsibilities

  • Support students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), delivering intervention sessions, supporting learning in the classroom, and helping to manage behaviours positively.

Qualifications

  • HLTA qualification or relevant Level 4 qualification
  • Experience working with secondary aged students with SEMH needs
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • Experience supporting students with challenging behaviours
  • A patient, resilient and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
