TeacherActive is working closely with a further education provider in Shrewsbury to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Lecturer. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver engaging Business programmes and support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Business Studies (BTEC / A Level / FE pathways)
- Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Support and motivate learners to achieve positive outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience teaching Business within an FE setting
- Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- A learner-focused, professional approach
