The Role:
As a Senior 360 Consultant, you will be hands on with your own desk while also mentoring and inspiring a team to achieve incredible results. You’ll lead by example, build lasting partnerships with schools and educators, and drive business growth across your area. Your role will include:
- Leading by example to drive sales and new business development activity
- Mentoring, supporting and motivating a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Building strong, long term relationships with schools and understanding their staffing needs
- Attracting, interviewing, and placing top education professionals in exciting roles
- Attending client meetings, school visits, and networking events
- Driving performance through KPIs and structured business development
- Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates to be onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless booking experience.
- Take responsibility for improvements of key business areas.
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the education sector and specialist areas to maximise potential opportunities.
