TeacherActive is proud to be working with several private day nurseries based in Rotherham. The nurseries provide a happy and caring environment for children to learn and develop, caring for children aged between 0 to 4 years. Activities are based around the children’s interests and adapted to each age group.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day cover at nurseries across Rotherham, helping cover sickness and annual leave.
- Assist the team in the day-to-day care of the children and ensure they feel safe and secure while at nursery.
- Work confidently in new environments and be supportive towards the children you are caring for.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills
- Passionate about working with young children
- Able to adapt to working within different nurseries and with different age groups
- Experience working in an education setting
