The Role:

  • Building and managing your own perm desk while maintaining strong client partnerships
  • Taking full accountability for branch performance and delivering results against budget
  • Developing sales forecasts and implementing branch strategies to drive growth
  • Managing budgets, setting clear financial objectives, and ensuring profitability
  • Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver against KPIs, targets and personal goals
  • Creating a culture of high performance aligned with TeacherActive’s values
  • Staying ahead of market trends to capitalise on local and regional opportunities
  • Ensuring exceptional service standards for clients and candidates alike

  • Proven leadership experience in a 360 recruitment environment, ideally permanent education
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Outstanding leadership, motivation, and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • High levels of resilience, drive, and ambition
