At TeacherActive, we’re seeking a Recruitment Branch Manager to drive our permanent business, lead from the front, and take ownership of performance and profitability. The Role:
- Building and managing your own perm desk while maintaining strong client partnerships
- Taking full accountability for branch performance and delivering results against budget
- Developing sales forecasts and implementing branch strategies to drive growth
- Managing budgets, setting clear financial objectives, and ensuring profitability
- Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver against KPIs, targets and personal goals
- Creating a culture of high performance aligned with TeacherActive’s values
- Staying ahead of market trends to capitalise on local and regional opportunities
- Ensuring exceptional service standards for clients and candidates alike

- Proven leadership experience in a 360 recruitment environment, ideally permanent education
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Outstanding leadership, motivation, and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- High levels of resilience, drive, and ambition
