About the role:
TeacherActive is currently recruiting Qualified Teachers (QTS) across all subject areas to support a range of secondary schools in Billericay and the surrounding areas. With high demand from our partner schools, we have opportunities available for daily supply, long-term placements, and permanent roles. Our established relationships with local schools mean we can match you with positions that suit your subject strengths, teaching style, and career goals. Whether you are seeking flexible day-to-day work or a stable long-term role paid to scale, we will help you find the right fit. Our consultants combine classroom experience with expert recruitment knowledge, offering ongoing support, honest advice, and guidance throughout your placement. Many roles are available for immediate start, so you can get working straight away.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching their subject up to Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
