TeacherActive is supporting a welcoming primary school in the Birmingham area to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Support / Learning Mentor. The role focuses on emotional wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and development, working with pupils who need additional pastoral support.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team, work five days a week during school hours, and help pupils overcome barriers to learning with patience and empathy.
