We are seeking a highly experienced Learning Support Assistant who is ready for a challenge to join the school. The successful candidate will support children with emotional, learning, and behavioural difficulties in the learning support class, potentially in either a group or a 1:1 setting. This role will focus on developing pupils' learning and confidence on a daily basis, offering a temporary opportunity to enhance your skills and self-confidence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification
- Experience working one-to-one with pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN
- Preferably TEAM teach qualified, but not required
- Excellent classroom management skills
