The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Food Technology Teacher on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Food Technology Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical lessons, maintaining positive classroom behaviour and supporting students to make strong academic progress.
The successful Food Technology Teacher will have:
- QTS in Food Technology
- Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the Food Technology curriculum
- Experience with food hygiene and practical food preparation
- Experience working with ALN/SEN pupils
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Strong lesson planning and preparation skills
- An enthusiastic, adaptable and committed approach to teaching
