The school is looking to take on a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The successful Pastoral Assistant will be responsible for:
- Behaviour management
- Carrying out school patrols
- Providing pastoral and emotional support to students throughout the school day
The Senior Leadership Team is committed to ensuring the successful Pastoral Assistant is supported throughout the placement.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young people within a school or youth setting
- Strong behaviour management skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A calm and patient approach to supporting students
