Early Years Practitioner – Level 3 – Northumberland

TeacherActive is looking for a warm, enthusiastic and creative Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in Northumberland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves seeing young children develop and wants a role where their enthusiasm can make a difference every day.

From creating exciting learning activities and encouraging communication to supporting independence and celebrating those all-important milestones, you'll have the chance to play a meaningful part in each child's Early Years journey.

You'll work as part of a supportive nursery team to provide a safe, engaging and positive environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right Early Years Practitioner.

What will you be doing?

You’ll work closely with an experienced nursery team to create a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.

You’ll help plan and deliver engaging activities, encourage communication and language development, support growing independence and celebrate children's achievements along the way.

You’ll support children at different stages of their Early Years journey and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure their individual needs are met.

What are we looking for?

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working with young children in an Early Years setting
• A genuine passion for helping children learn, develop and have fun
• A warm, caring and positive personality
• Plenty of enthusiasm, creativity and energy
• A flexible, proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
• The ability to work confidently as part of a team
