The Role
- Delivering an engaging syllabus and creating inclusive lessons
- Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Support positive behaviour and promote pupil wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team
Requirements
- Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) is advantageous
- QTS
- A positive, patient, and proactive approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
