TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Primary School based in Maidstone that is focused on delivering the best possible education for its pupils. The school believes that the potential of every student is limitless and provides an encouraging environment where children are supported to learn, develop and succeed.
The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm. The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils with their education, encourage engagement in the classroom and help create a positive and productive learning environment.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working with primary-aged children
- Experience supporting pupils within an educational setting
- A commitment to supporting children's education and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiastic and adaptable approach
- A positive and energetic attitude in the classroom
