The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles. Selling TeacherActive’s services, you will resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector. Build lasting candidate relationships to keep on top of candidate availability and build market knowledge. Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates to be onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless booking experience. Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst achieving KPI’s and targets. Network with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attend recruitment fairs and expos to support with candidate attraction.
