The Primary School believes that all their pupils need to feel loved, cared for and supported in order to thrive in their learning and they deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that is designed to meet the needs of all their learners. They place a strong emphasis on developing their pupils' social, emotional and moral skills and provide them with opportunities to learn about these skills through the curriculum and extracurricular activities.
Responsibilities
- Support in the classroom on a part‑time or full‑time basis, ensuring that all children are involved with classroom activities and providing one‑to‑one support to those who require additional help.
- Work flexibly between 08:30am and 15:30pm, maintaining a "can do" positive attitude.
Qualifications
- TA qualification or at least 6 months experience working within a classroom setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A good ability to create valued relationships with pupils
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Welsh speaking preferred (not essential)
