TeacherActive is a well-established supply agency recruiting Kitchen Staff to work across primary and secondary schools throughout Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a school environment and want flexible work that fits around their schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and serving meals
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Following food safety and allergen procedures
  • Washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and tidying work areas
  • Supporting the catering team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Food Safety in Catering) – essential
  • Previous kitchen or catering experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in different school settings
