TeacherActive is a well-established supply agency recruiting Kitchen Staff to work across primary and secondary schools throughout Liverpool. Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and serving meals
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following food safety and allergen procedures
- Washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and tidying work areas
- Supporting the catering team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Food Safety in Catering) – essential
- Previous kitchen or catering experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work in different school settings
