Active is working with multiple schools in Chester who are on the lookout for an enthusiastic ICT teacher. The schools encourage academic achievement and personal development in their learners, and want an ICT Teacher who aligns with these values.

We’re seeking someone available this term for short-term cover, with the possibility of a longer term or permanent position for someone who’s the right fit. You’ll be able to teach KS3 through to KS5. You will work in an exciting location, as the schools are situated in Chester, boasting fantastic transport links and beautiful historical locations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • QTS with a Computer Science specialism (newly qualified teachers welcome)
  • Experience teaching Computing or ICT
  • Excellent classroom management and a passion for technology in education
Responsibilities
  • Teach KS3 to KS5 ICT/Computer Science as part of the school curriculum
  • Contribute to creating an engaging learning environment and support student development
