About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery school in Hereford. This is a full‑time role supporting children across Nursery through to Key Stage 2, providing high‑quality care, learning support, and encouragement during these vital early years.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children’s learning and development across Nursery, KS1, and KS2
- Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging activities
- Providing one‑to‑one and small group support where required
- Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children from early years to KS2
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
