About the Role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing and supportive team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5, supporting their development through play-based learning in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through play
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children
- Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years)
- Has experience working with young children (desirable but not essential for Level 2 roles)
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
