About the Role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our nurturing and supportive team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5, supporting their development through play-based learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through play
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
  • Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years)
  • Has experience working with young children (desirable but not essential for Level 2 roles)
  • Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
