SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is needed in Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, starting after October half-term. The role focuses on supporting pupils aged 8–18 with Autism Spectrum Condition, MLD and SLD in a specialist setting.
As part of a small team, you will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, monitor emotional regulation, and help create engaging, differentiated lessons that foster independence and learning progress.
