TeacherActive are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Caretaker to join a welcoming school in Wickford for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced caretaker, site assistant, or maintenance professional who enjoys working in a school environment and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and secure site.

Working Hours:

  • 6:30am – 10:30am
  • 2:30pm – 6:00pm
  • 5:30pm finish on Fridays

The Role:

  • Opening and locking the school premises daily
  • Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
  • Ensuring the school grounds are clean, safe, and well maintained
  • Completing health and safety checks
