Maths & English Lecturer Needed

The College is looking to take on a dedicated Maths & English Lecturer on a long-term basis, working Monday to Thursday. The successful Maths & English Lecturer will deliver and co-teach lessons to college learners, supporting a range of abilities while managing behaviour effectively within a two-teacher classroom model.
Role Requirements:- A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience teaching Maths and/or English in a college, PRU, or similar setting
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Experience differentiating learning to meet a range of needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
