We are looking for a passionate Electrical Engineering Lecturer with teaching experience. TeacherActive is a mainstream college based in Chelmsford with an OFSTED ‘Good’ rating. We provide high standards of education and a modern, inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Electrical Engineering lessons to further education students;
- Inspire learners to pursue a career in the field;
- Support students to achieve excellent results following the college’s schemes of learning.
Qualifications:
- First class or 2:1 degree in Electrical Engineering;
- QTS, PGCE or DTTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification;
- Experience teaching in a diverse further education setting;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Desirable: SEND and/or pastoral experience;
- Current DBS on the update service.
