A popular, welcoming and supportive primary school are looking for a dedicated Experienced SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team on an ongoing basis from January 2026. If you’re passionate about helping children thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups who need additional support outside the classroom & within class settings depending on their needs that day
  • Work with individuals and small groups to boost confidence and progress
  • Assist the class teacher with resources, activities, and daily tasks
  • Help with playground supervision and other daily school duties
  • Maintain a positive, organised and safe learning environment
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, staff, and families
