TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Behaviour / Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for an ALN specialist school in Penarth. The role is full-time on a temporary basis with an immediate start, supporting pupils across KS2 and KS3 with ASD and SEMH needs.
You will work one-to-one and in small groups, help manage challenging behaviour, and implement positive strategies while collaborating with teaching staff to foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
