TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of welcoming nurseries in the Exeter area, all of which provide nurturing and engaging environments for children aged 3-5. These settings focus on creating a safe, stimulating space where children can learn through play and develop key early years skills. The nurseries are looking to take on a dedicated Nursery Practitioner on a long‑term basis.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will be supporting children within the 3-5 age range, delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Level 2 qualification in Childcare
- Experience working with children aged 3-5 in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting children’s development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring and patient nature
