The Role:

In this vital role, you’ll own the compliance journey for your own group of candidates from initial audit through to full clearance. Your work ensures our schools receive fully vetted, high-quality professionals they can trust.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own portfolio of candidates through the full compliance lifecycle
  • Verifying ID, Right to Work, references, DBS checks, and identifying CV gaps
  • Conducting annual audits and ongoing eligibility reviews
  • Working closely with branch teams to ensure fast, accurate registrations
  • Making outbound calls to chase documentation and references
  • Maintaining standards in line with REC, Department for Education, and internal policies
  • Meeting daily KPIs and compliance targets
