Are you a confident Cover Supervisor who can engage and motivate pupils across KS3 and KS4?
Do you have strong classroom management skills and the ability to deliver pre-set work effectively?
Are you a graduate, UQT, ECT or QTS teacher looking to gain further experience within a secondary school?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Cover Supervisor to gain valuable experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4.
The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor for an immediate start on a short-term contract. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils and reporting back to teaching staff following lessons.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
- UQT, ECT or QTS status welcomed, with graduates also encouraged to apply
- Experience working with young people is desirable
- Strong classroom management skills
- Confidence delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A flexible and positive approach to supporting pupils
