TeacherActive is working with a specialist SEND school in Chelmsford, Essex, seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated team. You will support children aged 3-19 with SLD, PMLD and autism, providing 1:1 and small-group assistance across academic, physical and communication development.
You will work closely with teachers and therapists, using tailored activities and assistive communication tools to promote inclusion, safety and wellbeing.
