The school is seeking to appoint a strong, experienced Teaching Assistant to support in a diverse setting working with disengaged/NEET pupils. The pupils are looking to make academic progress. The role is full time in the first instance with the opportunity of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work with the Teachers to maintain an innovative, dynamic and engaging environment. You will be required to interact and support students to reach their full potential. You will be able to demonstrate good behaviour management skills along with excellent communication skills. You will be expected to uphold the policies of the School and support the school ethos.

If you have relevant experience, hold a Level 3 NVQ certificate in Children’s Learning and Development or equivalent and are confident in supporting students with English and Maths then this role is for you!
