The Role
- Assisting with practical workshop sessions
- Demonstrating practical techniques and instructions
- Supporting learners with workshop activities
- Helping students develop their practical skills
- Maintaining a safe, organised and effective learning environment
The Successful Motor Vehicle Technician Will Have:
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience within Motor Vehicle
- Practical experience working within the motor vehicle industry
- Confidence demonstrating practical techniques and instructions to learners
- A strong understanding of workshop practices and health & safety
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage FE learners
- A flexible and positive approach to supporting students and teaching staff
