The school is looking to take on an experienced HLTA on a temporary basis starting in the Autumn Term 2026. The successful HLTA will be expected to support across the school, deliver pre-planned lessons, cover classes when required, and work closely with teaching staff to support pupils' learning and development.
The successful HLTA will have:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience delivering lessons and covering classes
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to be flexible, adaptable and think on their feet
- A proactive and positive 'can-do' attitude
