The Role – Room Leader
- Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within your designated room

Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
- Previous experience working as a Room Leader or significant experience as a Senior Practitioner ready to step up
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for providing outstanding childcare
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
