We are actively recruiting for Non Qualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors to support our school network with quality and consistent staff. Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation; however, strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Support teaching and supervision across schools on a day-to-day, long-term or permanent basis.
  • Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+.
  • Manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged.
  • Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily.

Qualifications

  • CACHE LEVEL 2/3 or 6 months of relevant experience.
