I am looking for experienced Construction Lecturers with assessing qualifications, on a permanent basis. The successful Construction Lecturers will be teaching passionate and focused students the skills necessary to pursue a career in the field. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.
Construction courses needing Lecturers:
- Multi-trade construction skills
- Bricklaying
- Carpentry and Joinery
- Electrical Installation
- Plumbing and Heating
- Painting and Decorating
- Civil Engineering
The successful Construction Lecturers will have:
- A minimum of 2 years industry experience
- Relevant Level 3 qualification or higher (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma)
- GCSE Maths and English level 4 and above
- Teaching OR assessing qualification (e.g. AET, CAVA, A1, DETTLS, PETTLS)
- Excellent understanding of current trends in construction
- Experience teaching in further education is desirable
