Compliance Team Leader
Location: Birmingham - B3 2TA
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: 7.30am- 4pm/ 8:15- 4.45pm/ 9am-5.30pm (weekly rotation)

The role of Compliance Team Leader:
- Managing the compliance team, including providing support, absence management, discipline and grievance, and recruitment activities.
- Effectively setting out goals and objectives for the team to ensure targets and KPIs are met
- Giving guidance, training and pipeline targets for the team
- Leading and motivating the compliance team and ensure consultants meet their potential.
- Managing all process changes when new legislation comes into force in line with safeguarding and compliance changes.
- Managing the candidate onboarding audit process across the business to ensure high standards of compliance are met in line with our audit accreditation.
Typical Role Responsibilities include:
- Annual vetting
- DBS checks
- Online checks (Both England & Wales)
- CPD Certification
- Safeguarding checks
Experience needed:
- Solid People Management experience
- Solid understanding of Compliance in a fast paced, vetted industry (ideally)
