The Primary School in Llanelli seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support classroom activities. The role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, with flexible hours between 08:30am and 15:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all children are engaged in classroom activities.
- Provide individual support to pupils who require extra help.
- Maintain a positive and calm approach during challenging situations.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- TA qualification or at least 6 months experience in a classroom setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Capability to build valued relationships with pupils.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Welsh speaking preferred but not essential.
