Nursery Practitioner – Alcester
Full Time | ASAP Start
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, well-established nursery in Alcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
The Role:
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
- Maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Work effectively as part of a supportive staff team
Requirements:
- Level 3 or Level 2qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
