After School Club Assistant (Part-Time) - Moseley Flexible, casual work through TeacherActive
Are you energetic, reliable and great with primary-aged children? TeacherActive is looking for a committed After School Club Assistant to support a busy, welcoming primary school in Moseley.
This is a casual/part-time agency role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants consistent after-school hours that fit around the rest of their day.
About the role:
You’ll be supporting the school's After School Club from 3pm to 6pm (essential hours), helping to set up activities, supervise pupils, encourage positive play and ensure a safe, fun environment at the end of the school day.
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
- Has 6+ months experience working in a primary school or with primary-aged children
- Is able to commit to 3pm to 6pm on working days
- Can provide two recent employer references
- Has a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to complete a new DBS check
- Brings a warm, proactive and child-focused approach
