What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality, personalised 1:1 tuition sessions in safe, agreed locations
- Build rapport with students who may have disengaged from traditional education
- Work collaboratively with parents/carers, education consultants, and local authorities
- Support reintegration into school settings or transitions to specialist provision
- Adapt your teaching style to suit a wide range of needs and backgrounds
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH, or challenging behaviour
- Empathetic, calm, and resilient mindset with a trauma-informed approach
- Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging learning activities
- Flexibility to work around individual learner needs and schedules
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
