The school encourages students to achieve their best through high-quality education, strong pastoral care and a positive school culture. The school is looking to appoint a Secondary LSA on a long-term basis from September.
The successful Secondary LSA will provide classroom support across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, assisting students with their learning, promoting positive behaviour and working alongside teaching staff to ensure pupils remain engaged across a variety of subject areas.
The successful Secondary LSA will have:
- Experience supporting students within a UK secondary school
- Experience working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- The ability to support students with a range of learning needs
- A flexible and proactive approach to classroom support
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
