The school has a supportive leadership team and values high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to appoint a Primary HLTA on a long‑term basis from September. The successful Primary HLTA will work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering targeted interventions, supporting classroom teaching and providing whole class cover when required, while helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful Primary HLTA will have:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 within a UK primary school
- Confidence leading whole class learning and delivering small group interventions
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
